The ICOLC Fall'04 (6th European meeting) took place from Thursday 28th to Saturday 30th October 2004, at the Alimara Hotel, Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain).

The Conference was targeted at academics, librarians and public employees with interest in consortia licensing.
ICOLC conferences are not generally open for commercial players in the publishing market.
Publishers/vendors were invited to participate in the grill sections and the following social events.

The Conference was arranged by the Consorci de Biblioteques Universitàries de Catalunya (CBUC), on behalf of the International Coalition of Library Consortia (ICOLC).
